"I've been having great experiences with Amber at Bob Watson's State Farm group. She has helped me so much and is always very prompt and friendly with all my needs. I was with another State Farm office for three decades and it was always a hassle. It was frustrating the times I had to call to get a response. But it's not that way with Amber! She is prompt and getting back to me and very knowledgeable with all communications! If she tells you she will do something she does and she follows through! Great communication!
