"I recently filed a claim for storm damage on our home. The staff at Bob's office walked me through the process and told me what to expect. After filing the claim, I delt with State Farm Claims personnel and an adjuster. Once the claim was processed, Bob's Staff helped me understand the estimates, payment process and next steps. They made it easy."

"Was Loyal for Decades to another agency. WOW... i should of shopped around years ago. not sure about JAKE but i know TERRI has this and her team. Added a Car, and child, and still paying less. "Let me tell you there is a difference in agencies. I was planning to leave State Farm because I didn’t think the agency had my best interest in mind.
